These Terms of Service govern your use of SniCap, including the website, dashboard, capture flows connected to the browser extension, media result pages, and subscription features. By using SniCap, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Scope
SniCap offers screenshot capture, browser-tab recording, media upload, annotation, export, and related subscription services. Some features are available for free, while advanced editing tools or premium workflow features may require a paid plan.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to access the dashboard, editor history, or subscription features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use SniCap to violate the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, or bypass plan restrictions. We may suspend or terminate access when misuse threatens users, partners, or the stability of the platform.
4. Billing and Plans
Paid plans are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Monthly and yearly subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the billing settings. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases. Pricing and plan scope may change for future purchases, but changes will not retroactively rewrite a completed billing period.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, capture, annotate, or export through SniCap. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content in order to operate the product and provide the workflow you request.
6. Availability and Changes
Parts of the product may change, improve, or be removed over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, although we aim to operate the service responsibly and communicate major changes through the product where practical.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SniCap is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
